I’m probably one of the first few buyers of this amazing Keychron K8; bought it on Black Friday at some 5-8% discount. This has to be one of the best tech products I’ve ever bought, and I’d rank it just below my Mac and iPad M1. This is probably the only mechanical compatible keyboard with MacOS support available in India. I’m just so glad Keychron decided to open a separate .in domain for its Indian customers. Love the team behind these products.
Feedback to the team: since this is kinda a big keyboard with lots of empty spaces, lubing or some sort of deepening the sound with foam could’ve been better.

This is my first mechanical keyboard and I must say I’m surprised.
The typing experience on this is just too good. I bought brown switches so they’re not that loud but just the perfect amount.
and yes, it does sound a bit hollow (unlike custom-built keyboards) but it’s hardly noticeable and doesn’t bother much. You can customize this by padding inside the board. There are some YT videos.
The feedback and the ease with which each key is getting pressed are just perfect.
The RGB effects are really good as well. Some may say this is a bit dim, but it looks good and is not flashy.
The only con is the height. You may need a palm rest to use this.
I’m using it on Linux and the keys work well except 2-3 (extra) keys which I think I’ll manually need to map considering I’m on Arch Linux.
Overall, a good purchase. Highly recommend.

i bought this keyboard , this is my first mechanical board , deliver came to Pune India in 3 days even in christmas time …Amazing..i wanted to go for K2 one but due to unavailability i choose K8 as i wanted to have blue switch RGB which was only available in k8..happy as it has all the arrow keys and other imp keys required at the side .. I am using it with 3 laptop , single mouse and single monitor..the switching between the laptop is quite easy , RGB lights are awesome and decent not that high and looks very good on the board …Very happy to buy this also planning to buy another for my SON , also there might be other good mechanical keyboards availalbe but it has to be bought from the websites whcih are not much reliable and the delivery time is more than 15 day to 30 days in some cases…as this is officical site of keychron india its safe , i got my product in 3 days .

I had always been on the lookout for a Mechanical keyboard as I see lots of them now available online. However, as I work on both Windows and Mac, wanted something which will last for a long time.
I normally like to save and buy a branded product and even if the company I work for likes me to buy one, I still choose a branded product.
No brand is worth their name without support. Keychron has affirmed this by providing timely responses to my email and even helping in sending a keycap.
I now own their K8, wooden palm rest and Keychron Aviator coiled cable. All three perform admirably well and whatever fears I had read some negative reviews, were put to rest. More importantly, their sales, Mr. Priyunsh and front office are helpful and know their products.
I am happy Keychron has its base in our country.
