K4 version 2 has full-size functionality in a compact design with 100 necessary keys. The hot-swappable option with preinstalled Gateron Mechanical switches offers the freedom to customize per-key typing experience without soldering.

With high reliable and broad compatibility Broadcom Bluetooth 5.1 chipset, the K4 is best to fit home, office and light gaming use while connecting with your smartphone, laptop and iPad. It also has wired mode with USB Type-C connection.
HOT-SWAPPABLE
Hot-swappable means to customize your typing experience without soldering, just pop them in and it’s done.
*The K4 Gateron (Hot-swappable) version keyboard support altering switches.
The socket of Gateron (Hot-swappable) is compatible with almost all the MX style 3pin and 5pin mechanical switches on the market (including Gateron, Cherry, Kailh, etc.). SMD-LED compatible switches are the best for showing the backlights.
WITH NUMBER PAD
Comes with a 100 keys (96%) layout included number pad and relocated Del key that offers convenient access to all the essential keys* for Mac and Windows in a small footprint.
*Num Lock works with Windows OS only.

Loved it. Aesthetics are awesome. Even the feel of the clicks are amazing. Really takes you back but in a modern sort of way. I bought the brown switches and they are amazing. The RGB aluminium really gives it a solid feeling. The compactness takes time getting used to. But otherwise 11/10 will buy again.

Feels lovely. This is my 7th or 8th mechanical keyboard. I’ve lost count.
And it’s been a long time since I chose a Blue switch almost all my keyboards have browns, the only KB with blues I had before was the old TVS Gold keyboard that started my mech keyboard love nearly 7 years ago, that I’ve lost somewhere at my workplace.
It feels fantastic, Stabilizers seem well fitted, and there is no wobble, even on the spacebar. I only wish that there were SA profile keycaps available from Keychron (to keep the shortcut legends).

Pros:
Got this as a gift from my company(Blue, Hot-Swappable, Aluminium Frame), and loving it since then. The Tactile feedback is great and I have been able to achieve typing speed which was quite difficult with the Membrane keyboard(Macbook Pro). The option to switch devices is also pretty nice. And I’m looking forward to switching the keycaps and keys in the future.
Cons:
After a while, the keys will get glossy(good that you can switch the keycaps for a relatively low price). Personally, I’m used to flat keyboards on laptops, so It was uncomfortable to type on a tall/raised keyboard. But that wasn’t an issue. If you’re like me, I’ll highly recommend getting a palm rest, makes a huge difference in long typing sessions.
Overall, a great product, would highly recommend.

This is my first mechanical keyboard and believe me this product has not disappointed me one bit. I have been using a membrane keyboard for pretty much all my life and now I know what I have been missing out on.
I am going to use this keyboard for my programming needs and for the past 1 hour or so that I have been typing on this the experience has been nothing like I had before. The Gateron brown switches are buttery smooth and the typing experience has been fantastic.
The keychron team assisted me with my questions well before I bought this product and it was a good experience all in terms of customer support.
Thank you Keychron for making such a wonderful product both in terms of design and usability. 10/10 stars.

Keyboard is just great. For Mac users, this is the best since you get a Mac specific version. The typing is quite smooth. Service and delivery is also great – in first delivery, the key m was not working, so they replaced promptly. They use blue dart which is assured and fast. Just one problem – which is big for me. The arrow keys are not spaced out, and hence I always mix up number keys. Ditto for pgup/pgdn. I believe there is a full version Q6 in international market but not available here. This anomaly makes typing tough for me as I keep making mistakes.
