To build a fully customizable keyboard, we designed every component easily assembled. Therefore, you can customize and adjust each component you want.

Programmable Knob

Designed to enhance your creative workflow, the premium rotary encoder allows you to easily customize your favorite keys and macros on the knob through the VIA software.

You can easily customize the V1’s knob to your desired key or macro commands like zooming in/out, adjusting screen brightness, brush size, volume, selecting video clips or photos, or backlight hue.

An Epic Core Inside The Keyboard

A powerful ultra-low-power ARM architecture MCU equipped with 128K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz out of the box, which makes latency non-existent for the competitive game.

OSA Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps

These double-shot PBT keycaps have a similar height to the OEM profile and has an SA-like shape. We named it the OSA (OEM spherical angled) keycap. The PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the type feel, and prevent the legends from fading out.

Switch layouts between macOS & Windows.

Built with the Mac users’ experience in mind while still retaining the compatibility for Windows devices, the V1 is one of the only few in the market that comes with a Mac multimedia key layout for Mac enthusiasts. With VIA, you can configure your keymap for both Mac and Windows devices.

Hot-swappable

The hot-swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB, so you can install or change the switches without soldering. The PCB supports both 3 pin and 5 pin MX mechanical switches.

South-facing RGB LED Lights

The south-facing RGB is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist’s angle with the premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free from interference when the user installs Cherry-profile alternative keycaps on their keyboard.

Pre-lubed Keychron K Pro Switch

By optimizing the switch mold, the K Pro switch wobbles less than a standard mechanical switch and feels smoother on each hit. Plus, the factory pre-lubed process on all the K Pro switches (exclude the clicky ones), no doubt this will ensure the best smoothness at your fingertips when typing.

All New Screw-In PCB Stabilizers

The screw-in design increases stability and makes it easier for changes and upgrades. Precise craftsmanship makes the stabilizers more stable and less shaky. The big keys’ (space bar, shift, enter, delete) typing experience is now more stable and smooth. The Keychron V1 also supports third-party stabilizers, including Cherry or Durock.

    I bought the Keychrone V1 (Pro Red Switches) and the keyboard is amazing. It sounds very good out of the box and the typing experience is far better than any keyboard from other brands in my opinion. I have used a Razer Blackwidow V3 mini hyperspeed, Hyperx Alloy Origin Core & Origin 60 as well as some other keyboards, and the Keychron is far better value for money.
    If anyone looking for a keyboard in this price range then get the Keychron V1.
    Pros:
    1. It is a very good sounding out of the box.
    2. The switches are lubed so the feel is very smooth.
    3. Doesn’t require much modding.
    4. Stabilizers are very good.
    Cons:
    1. The keyboard is not wireless (It is fine if you want wireless then Get the K series).
    2. The keyboard is Very Heavy (Due to its good build and dampening)
    **What more can you ask at this price range**
